Da Bomb has officially launched a new warranty policy. We strongly advice all Da Bomb fans, customers and distributors to register their products online in order to have the best warranty support possible from Da Bomb.
For all effective warranty claims, starting from today, you must provide the following information to the bike shop or distributor whom you purchased from or your local distributor.
Required Items
1.The Original Product
2.Purchasing Receipt
3.Warranty Card
If the local distributor no longer distributes Da Bomb products, please contact Da Bomb directly. We will ask you to fill out a Warranty Claim Form along with the purchasing receipt, a copy of warranty card, and some clear photographs of the warranty products via Email.
After all the required documents and information has been sent to Da Bomb, our Warranty team will analyze at our own discretion whether the product was defective or not.
Each product will be analyzed and investigated but depending on the complexity of each claim the processing time will vary. Let it be clear, Da Bomb does its best to process all claims as soon as possible ONLY when all the required documents have been provided.
The new Warranty Policy is to ensure that all of our customers and friends get the best service possible in the most efficient timeframe.
